Dinja: “Filou is the ballerina! He has so much power!”

The beautifully modeled dark fox Filou made a name for himself immediately after his approval in Oldenburg and Hanover. His three fantastic basic gaits, coupled with his cooperative character and willingness to work, made Filou the reserve champion of his performance test with no less than 8.84 points. He received a 9.5 for his character and willingness to work. He received an 8.5 for his trot and a 9.0 for his canter and walk.

In the autumn, Filou also performed well in the 50-day test in Adelheidsdorf. He passed with a good score of 8.35, with eight times the mark 8.5. Filou was bred by Christine Arns-Krogmann, who has already proven herself in breeding with horses such as Isabell Werth’s Grand Prix horse Weihegold and the Totilas son Total Hope. Mother Pandora is a large, long lined, blood-made mare. Her blood build-up is a refreshment for dressage breeding. Pandora became champion at the Oldenburger Elite Stutenschau 2011 and has received a high placement several times in Riding Horse Trials. As a three-year-old she ran in the final of the Landeschampionat (Rastede), she was also nominated for the Bundeschampionat that year.

Pandora also produced the approved stallion Don De Niro (v. De Niro), who unfortunately died too early from the consequences of a fracture. The approved stallions Royal Rhythmik (s. Royal Hit), Sanletto (s. Sandro Hit) and Dream On (s. Depardieu) also come from the dam's line.

In the fall of 2021, Filou moved to Dinja van Liere to be further educated

“Filou is impressive, imposing and also very chic,” says Dinja. She confirms the qualities of the stallion: “He sits well! He has a spacious canter and his trot has a very good jump to it He has a lot of flexibility, always walks uphill and has a beautiful silhouette. To me he is the ballerina.”
