Oranje

The three-year-old stallion Oranje immediately impresses with his presence, three strong basic gaits, and remarkable self-carriage. He is a modern, complete stallion with an excellent temperament and already shows great promise for the future.

In movement, Oranje stands out for his excellent use of the hindquarters. He shows significant joint flexibility and naturally engages his hind end, giving him balance and suppleness. His hind legs are active, powerful, and stepping well under the body, while his withers lift beautifully, resulting in an elegant self-carriage. In the front, he displays freedom of shoulder and expression, with clear knee action.

Beyond his movement, Oranje distinguishes himself with his wonderful character. He is people-oriented, honest, willing to work, and has a cooperative temperament.

His sire, Opoque, is currently highly successful under the saddle of Rose Oatley. Opoque himself was a premium stallion and a top performer at his performance test. He comes from the renowned Murona line (mare line 21, breeding family 425), which has also produced top stallions such as Blue Hors First Choice, High Five U.S., and the two-time World Champion Red Viper.

On the dam side, Oranje is also richly endowed with proven bloodlines. His dam line features Fürst Romancier, Painted Black, Rubinstein, and Romadour II—all stallions who have proven their worth at the highest levels of international dressage breeding.

Oranje meets all veterinary requirements of the KWPN.
